These are the ground rules for working with Jenelle Glenn and Steph LaPrairie as Protected Connected. By booking, buying, or joining anything here, you agree to them.
Not medical care
We are not doctors, therapists, or licensed medical providers. Nothing we offer diagnoses, treats, or cures any condition, and nothing here replaces care from a licensed provider. Keep working with your own doctor and don't stop any medication without their guidance.
Honesty about your health
You agree to tell us the truth about your physical and mental health, medications, and history. Our screening only keeps you safe if it's accurate.
We can say no
We screen everyone and may decline or stop working with anyone, at any point, when we believe it isn't safe or right.
Your choice, your responsibility
Taking part in medicine work is your own informed, voluntary choice. You're responsible for your decisions and actions before, during, and after our time together, and for following our preparation and aftercare guidance.
Payments
Prices are listed up front. All sales are final and medicine ceremonies require a 50% deposit — see our Refunds & Deposits policy.
Digital products
Downloads are for your personal use. Please don't share, resell, or republish them.
