When you fill in a form, book, or buy: your name, email, phone number, how you found us, and what you choose to tell us about what you're seeking support with. Payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.

To reply to you, schedule your consultation, deliver what you purchased, keep you safe, and occasionally send updates you've asked for.

Only Jenelle and Steph. We don't sell or trade your information. We use a small number of trusted services to run the site — email delivery, payments, and scheduling — and they only receive what's needed to do that job.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
