Refunds & Deposits

Nothing purchased through Protected Connected is refundable. This includes medicine ceremonies, private retreats, coaching containers, digital downloads, and membership. When you book or buy, you're agreeing to this.

Every medicine ceremony and private retreat requires a 50% deposit to hold your date. The deposit is not refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full 2 weeks before your ceremony date.

Life happens. Coaching session times can be changed — just let us know. If you need to change a ceremony date, write to us as soon as you can; rescheduling depends on our availability and is not a refund.

We screen everyone, and part of holding a safe space is saying no when the medicine isn't right for you or the timing isn't safe. If we make that call before your ceremony, we'll talk with you directly about what happens next.

Downloads are delivered instantly and can't be returned. If a file doesn't work, email us and we'll make sure you get it.
